At Vionic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day wear test guarantee on all shoes. If you are not feeling the support or style, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a small return shipping fee may be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place your unworn or wear-tested shoes back in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund status.
